Mr. & Mrs. Chung, both in their 70s, were broadsided by Defendant who ignored a stop sign. The airbags exploded.
Both were taken by ambulance from the scene of the accident to the local emergency room.
Mr. Chung complained of pain to his wrist, arm, and shoulder at the scene. Mrs. Chung, who received the direct impact, complained of pain to her right side, neck, and low back.
Defendant insurance admitted fault, but would not even pay the medical bills. The case went to trial. Insurance hired three MD cutthroats to argue that the Chungs were old with a lot of pre-existing problems. Mr. Chung was treated for prostate and had persistent low back issues for 20 years, often being treated by a DC. Mrs. Chung suffered arthritis for which she took prescriptions.
Defendant insurance paid over $25,000 for its three “experts.” The jury awarded $104,000 to the Chungs with combined medical bills of $35,000. The jury did not discount the Chungs' pre-existing injuries.

Scope Increasing - Arizona Passes Emergency Law for Chiropractors to Administer COVID Tests
According to NACA officials [National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys] and Dave Morrison, the NACA attorney for the Arizona Chiropractic Association, the Arizona legislature in a special session expanded chiropractors' scope allowing them to test patients for COVID.
NACA reports that most states are encouraging chiropractors to test and care for COVID patients, with appropriate PPE. Doctors are encouraged to use Tele-medicine to help care for patients.
Acupuncturists are also receiving legal waivers during the COVID crisis.
Chiropractors and Acupuncturists are considered essential providers by the Department of Homeland Security [DHS].

Free Form: Pain Disability Questionnaire [Approved by the AMA]
This form is useful to help measure your patient’s progress during recovery. We suggest the patient completes this form at the beginning of care and at the final visit. There is a mathematical formula where you can statistically measure progress. This is a great metric form that proves your treatment program is working.
