An explosive study shows the Los Angeles "Mobility Plan 2035" is killing people. Moreover, it is making traffic congestion much worse and delaying emergency vehicles to save heart attack victims.

Still, despite the evidence, Mayor Eric Garcetti will “continue” with the deadly program, who regularly gets driven by chauffeurs in large black SUVs.
The key culprit is eliminating automobile lanes thus putting pressure on motorists and bicyclists who have to share less space. This gridlock traps ambulances in congested intersections. This is no problem -- so long as the ambulance is not trying save your life.
