SURVEY JOB SATISFACTION HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS [HCP]
Dynamic Chiropractic published a survey by Careercast.com showing the chiropractic profession is the second most desirable field for HCP. This makes sense. Given the healthy life style and even 'average' income makes it more attractive profession than for surgeons or MD's [GP]

DC VS. DC --- ORANGE CO
Todd Grecian DC Newport Beach testified for his patient, Louise Ives. Brian Killeen DC, Carlsbad, testified for Farmers Insurance.
Defendant was charged with making an unsafe U turn and striking plaintiff Ives. Farmers contended that Louise Ives had not suffered injuries and that her DC had ‘built up’ the case.
Plaintiff Louise Ives was willing to accept $7,499 before trial. Farmers played hardball and hired a forensic DC to contest the injuries, treatment and billing for Dr. Grecian. The jury agreed with Dr. Grecian and awarded $13,300. Farmers will have to pay more when the costs and interest are computed as a penalty against Farmers for failing to accept the Plaintiff’s earlier offer.
