Plaintiff was struck from behind on the 105 freeway by a car owned by a major corporation. Our client’s car was declared a total loss. Her life was about to change. 

Plaintiff sought relief from Dr. Sharma, Dr. Poff, and Dr. Thomas, but made slow recovery that was severely interrupted by moving and active herniated discs. Plaintiff was and is a lifetime chiropractic patient. 

She was referred to a prominent neurosurgeon, who after a year of additional chiropractic and therapeutic shots finally performed a cervical discectomy and arthroplasty and a surgically implanted spinal cord stimulator. 

Defendant’s experts claimed Plaintiff's injuries should have resolved prior to surgery; a standard defense claim. 

Defendant offered $275,000 during mediation.

Before the Jury was empaneled, Defendant offered $2,500,000. The defense firm was well aware of our well-known verdict for $11,000,000 against USAA in Santa Monica in 2022.
